  • Knee Sleeves

  • Sweatbands
  • Jump ropes (Handles only) 
  • Patches 
  • Therma flow 

✅ QUALITY CHECK REQUIREMENT 

Inspect your gear as soon as you get it. If something’s off, let us know within 7 days of delivery for a fast resolution.

🔥 WHAT'S COVERED

We’ll replace your item free of charge (just cover shipping) if there’s a manufacturer defect, such as:

  • Stitching coming apart
  • Material flaws
  • Cosmetic damage (not caused by overuse)

Shipping costs covered by us if the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

🚫 WHAT'S NOT COVERED

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

🕒 WARRANTY PERIOD

  • 6 Weeks from the date of purchase

  • Shipping costs covered by us if the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
  • After 7 days, shipping is your responsibility (flat rate $8–$15, depending on the item)

Can I exchange my item?
Yes—if it's unused, unwashed, and in original condition, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

 How do I request an exchange?
Email us at mickey@robust-us.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. We’ll guide you through the process.

Do I pay for shipping?
Yes. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our end.

Can I exchange items bought at competitions or retail stores?
Yes—just keep your receipt or proof of purchase and follow the same steps.
