Our warranty covers manufacturer defects related to stitching and material flaws, as well as cosmetic damages that are not due to overuse.

Warranty Claims

If a product is found to have a defect covered by our warranty, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

Requirements for Warranty Claims

  • Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide an order number.
  • Photos of Damaged Items: Please include clear pictures of the issue for faster processing.

Quality Check Requirement
Customers are required to inspect their items for quality within the first 7 days of receiving them. If any issues are found during this period, please report them immediately for a swift resolution.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Any damages from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications

Shipping Costs

  • First 7 Days: RBST GEAR CO will cover shipping costs for returns or replacements within the first 7 days from the delivery date.
  • 7 Days to 1 Year: After the initial 7 days, customers are responsible for a flat shipping fee of $8 for warranty claims up to 1 year.

Warranty Expiration

  • Beyond 1 Year: Products are no longer covered by warranty after one year from the date of purchase.
