These knee sleeves are pretty thick amd extremely supportive. They definitely keep my left knee from cracking and poping, also gets rid of the strain i felt doing squats, hack squats or leg presses. If i should wear rhem out i would not hesitste to purchase anorher pair, great investment if you have older knees like me
