- Age Requirement: π Participants must be over 16 years old as of January 13, 2025. Athletes under 18 will require a minor waiver signed by a legal guardian.

Competition Structure:
- Day 1: ποΈββοΈ All teams complete three workouts (WODs). Based on performance, teams are seeded into brackets: Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
- Day 2: π Teams compete within their respective brackets, with a maximum of three WODs. Teams are eliminated after each WOD, culminating in the final workout where the top teams from each bracket compete for the podium positions.
