KO in the OK is an annual team fitness competition held in Tulsa, Oklahoma, organized by CrossFit Eclipse. 🏋️♂️🏋️♀️ The event features six-person teams, each comprising three men and three women, competing in a series of workouts over two days. ⏱️💪 The competition is structured in an elimination format, adding excitement and providing teams with multiple opportunities to advance to the podium. 🏆🎉

Competition Structure:
- Day 1: 🏋️♀️ All teams complete three workouts (WODs). Based on performance, teams are seeded into brackets: Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
- Day 2: 🏅 Teams compete within their respective brackets, with a maximum of three WODs. Teams are eliminated after each WOD, culminating in the final workout where the top teams from each bracket compete for the podium positions.
