This marks the first time the Games will be hosted at MVP Arena, which has previously served as a venue for the CrossFit East Regional from 2016 to 2018. The move from Dickies Arena in Ft. Worth is part of CrossFit's effort to bring the Games to new audiences. "We have a large and passionate community of affiliates in the Northeast, especially in New York State, and we expect Albany to be the perfect location to unite our community," says Don Faul, CEO of CrossFit. 🌍

So, what does this mean for the competition schedule? While the Games are usually a four-day event, this year they’ll be condensed into a three-day extravaganza. Will we see fewer events, or will CrossFit squeeze everything into a shorter time frame? 🤔 Only time will tell!
