How It Works
Represent RBST Gear Co., share the brand with your community, and unlock the 1500+ athlete benefits through active participation.
Post 1–2 stories per week promoting RBST products. Tag RBST on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. Include your individual promotional code. Post at least one video per month.
Your audience receives 20% off through your personalized code, and you earn 20% from eligible net sales.
You receive a separate personal-use code for 40% off the entire website.
RBST offers competition registration support based on your time in the program and compliance with the program requirements.
Minimum participation requirements apply before competition support is considered.
RBST will donate one dollar from purchases attributed to you to a charity of your choice at the end of the calendar year.
You receive a detailed quarterly report showing code use, purchases, and profit share from net sales. Funds can be paid by Venmo or Zelle, or kept as store credit.
2026 Badger Program Agreement
R B S T Gear Co.
This letter agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between you (the “Athlete”) and R B S T Gear Co. (the “Company”) outlines the terms and conditions of R B S T Gear Co.’s 2026 Badger Program (“Badger Program”). This Agreement shall remain binding unless amended in writing and agreed to by all parties, in which case the amended version shall become the binding agreement.
The Athlete’s Obligations
The Athlete agrees to post 1-2 stories per week promoting the Company’s products, and (1) must tag the Company’s social media (IG/Facebook/TikTok) so that the Company also share from the Company’s page in effort to promote the Athlete and (2) include the Athlete’s individual promotional code.

The Company’s Obligations
Competitions. The Athlete must have a minimum of six months’ participation in the Badger Program and must be in compliance with the requirements of the program to be considered.
The Company will contribute $50* toward the registration fee for a CrossFit competition of the Athlete’s choice during the first year. After one year of collaboration, the Company will contribute $100* toward the registration fee for a CrossFit competition of the Athlete’s choice. The annual amounts specified above are capped at $50 for the first year and $100 for each subsequent year, starting from the second year.
Charity Contributions. The Company will donate one dollar of each purchase under the Athlete to a charity of the Athlete’s choice at end of each calendar year. The Athlete will designate a charity to receive a donation, which the Company will make on the Athlete's behalf. The Company will then provide the Athlete with confirmation of the donation.
Social Media
All parties agree to maintain a professional online presence and will not post any content on social media that may harm the other party's reputation. Additionally, both parties grant permission to share their name, likeness, and work on social media platforms for promotional purposes for the benefit of all parties that is solely in relation to the specific relationship between both parties and its respective interests with R B S T Gear Co.
Promotional Codes
The company will provide the Athlete with a promotional code to share with their audience and customers which will offer a 20% discount off of all accessories and apparel. The company will provide the Athlete with a secondary code, which will offer a discount off of all accessories and apparel, and is meant solely for the Athlete’s personal use. Any abuse of this code will result in immediate termination of the relationship between the Athlete and the Company.
Sales and Compensation Schedule
The Athlete will receive a 20% commission on all net sales if the Athlete has more than 1500 followers, and a 10% commission on all net sales if the Athlete has less than 1500 followers. This data will be tracked through the use of the Athletes’ personalized promotional code provided by the Company. Each quarter the Athlete will receive a comprehensive sales report, detailing their earnings and profit share. The report will show the amount owed to the Athlete, which can be transferred via Zelle, Venmo, or stored as credit with the Company.
Termination
If the Athlete fails to fulfill the Athlete Obligations, the Company may deactivate the Athlete’s codes due to inactivity as reflected in the Company’s tracking system.
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing two weeks' written notice to the other party. Upon expiration of the notice period, the Company will deactivate the Athlete's promotional codes. The Company does not claim ownership of the Athlete’s social media images or videos. While future use of such content will cease upon termination, existing or previously created content may remain on the Company's social media pages.
Codes automatically expire after 3 months of inactivity.
