We ship ourselves from Dallas, TX to the USA and Canada, and shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders process in 1–2 business days, and returns are accepted within 14 days in original condition. Belts and grips: between sizes, size up.
Shipping
Who ships RBST orders?
We pack and ship every order ourselves from Dallas, TX.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. Peak seasons can add a little time.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. Weather, customs, or carrier disruptions can affect timing.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the USA and Canada.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $100. Below that, rates are calculated at checkout based on the method, destination, and package weight and size. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us right away at Mickey@robust-us.com and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?
Not at this time. Please place a separate order for each address.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be in original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?

What can't be returned?
Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized items, perishable goods, personal care goods, and hazardous materials can't be returned.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Email Mickey@robust-us.com. Ship the item back unworn and unwashed with tags if possible, reply with tracking, and once it arrives we'll send you a link to complete the exchange.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
Inspect your order on delivery and tell us immediately at Mickey@robust-us.com so we can make it right.
Sizing
How do I size a lifting belt?
Measure around your waist at your belly button, not your pant size. If you're between sizes, size up. Badger Hug: S 26–31, M 31–35, L 35–39, XL 39–45 in. Relentless X: XS 26–29, S 29–32, M 32–34, L 34–36, XL 36–39 in.
How do I size pull-up grips?
Measure from the edge of your wrist to the base of your middle finger. M 3–3.5 in, L 3.5–4 in, XL 4–4.75 in, XXL 4.75 in and up. If you're between sizes, choose the next size up.
How do I size knee sleeves?
Straighten and relax your leg, then measure thigh circumference 4 inches above the center of your kneecap. S 14–15 in, M 15–17 in, L 17–19 in, XL 19–21 in.
What size wrist wraps do I need?
RBST Wrist Wraps are one size: 18 in long and 3 in wide.
Products
What's the difference between Iron Claw and Iron X grips?
Iron Claw has a silicone front with a reinforced fiber backing. Iron X has a natural rubber front with a carbon-fiber texture and reinforced Kevlar backing. Both have a wrist-flex strap and are hand and machine washable.
Do grips come with anything?
Iron Claw and Iron X include a free mesh carry bag and carabiner.
Should I get 5mm or 7mm knee sleeves?
5mm sleeves are more flexible for mixed CrossFit and HYROX training. 7mm sleeves feel more structured for heavy squats and strength work. Both are sold as a pair.
What is the Stinger jump rope cable made of?
Coated steel cable with aluminum handles. The Stinger comes with two cables: Red 2.0 mm and Black 3.0 mm.
Do replacement cables fit the Stinger-X?
Only the 2 mm Red replacement cable fits the Stinger-X. The 3 mm Black cable fits the Stinger. Each replacement is sold as one cable.
Do I need to cut the Stinger cable?
No. Set the length in the handles. Trimming the excess is optional. The Stinger-X is cut-to-fit, so measure before trimming.
Are wrist wraps sold as a pair?
Yes. Every order includes one wrap for each wrist.
Which backpack size should I get?
15L (13×11×6 in) for compact essentials, 25L (16×12×8 in) for gym plus laptop, 45L (20×12×10 in) for full training setups and travel. All are 900D Oxford fabric.
Do the backpacks have a laptop compartment?
The 25L and 45L have a dedicated laptop compartment. The 15L does not list one.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Pull-up grips, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, backpacks, sweatbands, patches and Therma Flow have a 6-week limited warranty from the date of purchase. Jump ropes are covered for the handles only. It covers manufacturer defects, material flaws, and cosmetic damage not caused by overuse. Claims are replacement only, not refunds or store credit, and the warranty is non-transferable. How do I file a warranty claim?
Send your order number or receipt plus clear photos of the issue to Mickey@robust-us.com. Report within 7 days of delivery and we cover shipping on qualifying defects. After that, shipping is typically $8–$15 flat. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse and modifications aren't covered. Read the full warranty.
