What if I am between sizes?

For grips and belts, size up. For knee sleeves, follow the chart for your thigh measurement.

Where do I measure for grips?

From the crease of your wrist to the base of your middle finger.

Where do I measure for a belt?

Around your waist at the navel, where you will wear the belt.

Where do I measure for knee sleeves?

Around your thigh, 4 inches above the kneecap. The same chart covers our 5mm, 7mm and knitted sleeves.
